I just came back from a trip. My kids had written me letters for my arrival home. I know that they were happy to see me and have me back home, but to have it on paper made this moment last forever. I will always have this to remind me of the love that my kids have for me. Valentines day is another one of those days to remind the ones you love how you feel about them. I love the idea and have been doing it and will continue to do it. Kids know the importance of doing this. They very often write little notes and draw pictures. Your book is a reminder that we adults should be doing the same.

What a meaningful idea. The cards I give my children end up in the garbage just moments after they rip the envelopes open. This is a wonderful way for them to start their own collection of cherished memories.
